Researched and developed a new range of gourmet salts for the Cocos Artisan Collective, a group of artisans on Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

Developed a new range of organic preserves such as wild lime marmalade, wild lime and coconut jam, wild berry and coconut jam for the Cocos Artisan Collective.

Developed a new range of Kakadu plum based preserves for the Kakadu Community Noticeboard as a fundraiser for their website.
